Not bad, but it would definitely be NP if it were a CPO.

Meh. Do they cover interior things as well? Such as fading wood trim? These did have a problem with that and if it hasn't been taken care of already a CPO warranty would cover it, I'm guessing maxcare wouldn't. Also, how well does carmax look them over and what do they do for maintenance? Mercedes CPO basically requires the car to be perfect (I know, the quality of inspectionsand technicians varies). Tires (measured from the wear bars) and brakes need to be at least 50%, all maintenance should have been done on time and performed if it will be due within 6 months or 6k miles. Having seen the inspections/recon that non-Mercedes dealers do on Mercedes, I just don't trust them as much.

Id get this in a second if it werent for the AWFUL placement of the windshield wiper controls/ turn signal. This MY they moved the shifter to the column and then bumped over cruise control and shifted down the indicator. They fixed it for 2014 thankfully.
